Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-05-07.

This Privacy Policy describes how South Jersey Hoarder Cleanup (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and shares information about visitors to southjerseyhoardercleanup.com (the “Site”) and people who request hoarder cleanup, estate cleanout, senior downsizing, post-eviction cleanup, or biohazard cleanup services across Burlington and Camden Counties, NJ.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly when you call (609) 740-0766, submit a form on the Site, send us photos, or otherwise contact us. This typically includes your name, phone number, email address, property address, a description of your situation, and any photos or documents you choose to share. For projects involving an executor, attorney, realtor, APS worker, or care manager, we may also collect their contact details so we can coordinate.

We collect limited automatic information when you visit the Site: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referrer. This is standard web analytics data.

How We Use Information

We use the information you provide to schedule your walkthrough, prepare a written cleanup plan and quote, complete the cleanup work if you sign off, document the project, and coordinate with any third parties you have authorized us to speak with (executors, attorneys, realtors, APS workers, family members).

Lead Sharing With Cleanup Contractor Partners

South Jersey Hoarder Cleanup is a marketing operation. The cleanup work itself is performed by an independent licensed cleanup contractor partner. When you request services, we share your contact information and the details of your situation with our cleanup contractor partner so they can perform the walkthrough and complete the work. By submitting your information through the Site, by phone, or by email, you consent to this lead sharing.

The cleanup contractor partner is independently licensed in NJ, carries general liability and workers compensation insurance, and operates under their own NJ Home Improvement Contractor (HIC) registration. They are subject to their own privacy practices in addition to those described here.

How We Do Not Use Information

We do not sell your personal information to data brokers. We do not share your information with marketing partners outside of our cleanup contractor partner. We do not use project photos for marketing purposes without explicit written consent from the family or executor. We do not publicly identify clients, ever.

How We Protect Information

Project records are retained for one year then deleted. Project photos are retained for one year then deleted unless we have written consent for longer retention. Active project records are stored on access-controlled systems. Hard-copy documents (including any signed plans, executor correspondence, or court filings shared with us) are stored in locked file storage during the project and shredded at retention end.

Cookies And Analytics

The Site uses standard analytics cookies to track aggregate visitor patterns. We do not use behavioral advertising trackers. You can disable cookies in your browser without affecting your ability to call or submit a form.

Your Choices

You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing us at the contact address below or calling (609) 740-0766. We will delete records that are not subject to a legal retention requirement (for example, disposal manifests for regulated medical waste have NJDEP-mandated retention periods that we cannot waive).

Children’s Privacy

The Site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes To This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
