Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-05-07.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of southjerseyhoardercleanup.com (the “Site”), operated by South Jersey Hoarder Cleanup. By using the Site, calling (609) 740-0766, or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms.

Site Purpose

The Site is a marketing website that connects Burlington and Camden County, NJ property owners, executors, landlords, family members, and case workers with an independent licensed cleanup contractor partner who performs hoarder cleanup, estate cleanout, senior downsizing, post-eviction cleanup, and biohazard cleanup work. South Jersey Hoarder Cleanup is the marketing operation. The cleanup contractor partner is a separate company that performs the work.

No Direct Service Contract Through The Site

The Site itself does not constitute a service contract. After your walkthrough, the cleanup contractor partner will provide a written cleanup plan and fixed-price quote. The service relationship begins when you sign that quote, not when you submit a form here.

No Legal, Medical, Probate, Or Tax Advice

Information on the Site about NJ probate, NJ landlord-tenant law, hoarding disorder, OSHA, NJDEP, or related topics is general guidance, not professional advice. For legal questions about probate, evictions, or property disposition, consult an NJ attorney. For clinical questions about hoarding disorder, consult a mental health professional. For tax questions about estate work, consult an NJ CPA or tax attorney.

Property Sorting And Disposal

Decisions about what is sorted, kept, donated, or disposed are the responsibility of the homeowner, executor, landlord, or other authorized party. The cleanup contractor partner sorts and routes material based on written sign-off from the authorized party. The Site, the marketing operation, and the cleanup contractor partner are not responsible for items disposed pursuant to authorized sign-off, even if a non-authorizing family member later objects.

Biohazard And Regulated Materials

Biohazard cleanup work is performed under OSHA bloodborne pathogen standards (29 CFR 1910.1030) and NJDEP regulated medical waste rules (N.J.A.C. 7:26-3A). The cleanup contractor partner is responsible for compliance with these standards. Lead paint, asbestos, and other regulated hazardous materials are out of scope and require licensed abatement contractors.

Privacy

Use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy, including the lead-sharing provision under which your contact information and situation details are shared with our independent licensed cleanup contractor partner so they can perform the work.

Intellectual Property

Site content (text, graphics, logos) is owned by South Jersey Hoarder Cleanup or its content suppliers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without permission, except for personal non-commercial use.

Disclaimer Of Warranties

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The cleanup contractor partner provides their own service warranties through the signed cleanup plan.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by NJ law, South Jersey Hoarder Cleanup is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Site. Liability for direct damages relating to the Site is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us directly (not to the cleanup contractor partner) in the past twelve months.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Burlington County or Camden County, NJ.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
